Collections Notice

Everyday Legal Solutions for Frontline Workers offers various digital tools that help frontline workers to support community members. These tools have been developed by LawRight to assist frontline workers to support the community. The tools use the Josef Legal Platform.

Personal information entered into these tools will be collected by LawRight and will be used to create documents, to review any feedback you provide and to continuously improve the tools. LawRight may also use de-identified information collected by the tools to inform the development of new projects.

Personal information entered into these tools will also be collected by Joseph Legal and stored within their platform.  Joseph Legal will only access personal information where required for technical, maintenance or security purposes.

LawRight’s Privacy Policy is available by clicking here and Josef Legal’s Privacy Policy is available at https://joseflegal.com/privacy/.  These Privacy Policies explain how you can contact LawRight and Josef Legal, and access or correct personal information that they hold. They also explain how you can make a complaint about a breach of your privacy and complaints are dealt with.

By using the tools on Everyday Legal Solutions for Frontline Workers and providing your personal information to LawRight and Josef Legal, you agree that it will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with this collection notice, LawRight’s and Josef Legal’s Privacy Policy.
